The sad truth is that, while most of us know the benefits of meditation are very few meditation music of us actually have a regular meditation practice. But first, I think it is important to define what is meditation? Many of us have misconceptions about meditation. The most common misconception is that meditation is about getting rid of thinking! That would put anyone to fail! Meditation, but is about the thought of becoming an observer, rather than thinking the reactor.

Meditation, pure and simple, is full at the moment! In this meditative state you are aware of the truth of who you are about your body and your mind.

Have you ever been in awe of a beautiful sunset? So much that you forget what happened five minutes ago and you were not thinking about the future? They were totally in the moment and had this feeling of vitality in it? Well, that is meditation!

So now that we know what meditation is, how can we integrate them into our daily lives? I knew the reasons why I had struggled for years before I developed a regular meditation practice, but I was curious to see if others had the same reasons, I led an international study on the biggest obstacles to meditation and received over 400 responses from people in 46 different countries. Here are the TOP SIX biggest obstacles to meditation, and how to overcome

Obstacle No. 1: Not enough time

The biggest obstacle people face in developing a regular meditation practice is TIME. We do not have enough time to meditate! (Interestingly, this was not just an "American" phenomenon. People from all over the world said they did not have enough time to meditate).

Crystal: Ok. My favorite time saving is one onion, dried onion. Because I hate cutting onions.

Jodi: Are they different than the onion flakes from the store? Jodi: We saw her on TV she was great. At the Utah State Fair. So how do you come up with your recipes? Because that's hard for me, I always like to have a prescription. I can not until I myself so I'm always impressed with you.

Crystal: Well, I do not actually MAKE UP Most of my recipes. The way I look at food storage is storage of food is basically just basic cooking techniques, ingredients that you want to use in any recipe. So all I do is I just run my favorite recipes and then you know they replace, say milk instead of milk powder in milk, eggs I put in powdered eggs, onions, and I put in my dehydrated onions. I'm not really always coming up with new recipes, but I feel like I'm in my experience, people are less and less to taste their own recipes. You want someone who has already tried to see, and know that it is good.

Jodi: This is how we are.

Crystal: So I just put on the recipes that I try for my own family that I know that my family likes to lay and switch it out for storage of food ingredients and then I see on my blog for people who view this work does. So hopefully it will create confidence that they can then try it with their own recipes.

Jodi: That's a really good idea. It's good to know. So I'm going to have to do with me now.

But I would say, I mean, it depends. But I would say every meal. I mean, I make my own bread so at lunch we have breakfast, if we corn or something then it has the milk powder. And then the dinner would usually know you have, such as milk or onions or something. I mean, I use it all the time.
